I didn't keep a journal during this trip, but here are the highlights of our family trip to Florida in 2006. This year, we took a plane, the first jet airliner experience the kids remember. It saved on time, but the expense and the rental car probably weren't worth the time saved. In Tampa, we stayed at my Uncle John's condo and visited my Uncle Joe and Aunt Linda at their beautiful home in Treasure Island. We had many adventures, and went home via Indiana, where we visited the Indianapolis Zoo with Ben's mom, Ann Johnson. I would call it a successful, if exhausting, vacation.
